Owner Builder Course consists of 12 individual sections and covers all you need to know to obtain your Owner Builder permit without hassle and give you the confidence to make your project a success. Testing is achieved by a short automated multiple choice quiz (rapid on-line version also available) which is simply structured and easily completed. If you don’t achieve the minimum 85% pass rate first time around, you get a second chance.
