There’s no need to spend a weekend in a classroom, upon
payment you simply download the course to your computer (or ask for
surface mail) and then complete it in the comfort of your own home, after
hours or even at the office. The course can be printed and if
you apply yourself completed in less
than 3 hours!

consists of 12 individual sections and
covers all you need to know to obtain your Owner-Builder permit without
hassle and give you the confidence to make your project a success. Own-It

Testing is achieved by a
short automated
multiple choice quiz (rapid on-line
version also available) which is simply
structured and easily completed. If you
don’t achieve the minimum 85% pass rate first time around, you get a second
chance.
